About the role
You'll work closely with partners on a steady flow of transactional work, including:
private M&A;, acting for buyers and sellersjoint ventures, restructures and investmentsgeneral corporate advisory and transaction documents
This isn't a firm where juniors sit on the sidelines.
You'll be trusted to run matters with real autonomy and help develop the lawyers coming up behind you.
About you
2–5 years' PAE in corporate or M&A; (more senior applicants also welcome)Mid-market transaction experience from a mid-tier or top-tier firmConfident in due diligence and drafting transaction documentsMotivated to specialise and build a career in M&A;
