Your day will be varied and hands-on, with a focus on attending site visits, scoping works, monitoring construction progress, forecasting labour requirements and coordinating with key stakeholders.
You'll also play an active role in weekly construction program meetings, helping keep projects on track,



on schedule and running efficiently.Key responsibilitiesLiaising with clientsPreparing weekly / monthly invoicing and raising purchase ordersDaily programming and planning of workflowPreparing and sending estimations / variations to the clientsPreparing and drafting documentsIssuing progress claims, RFIs and moreAbout youOur ideal candidate will have the following experience and attributes:2+ years experience in a construction administration position an advantageStrong organisation skills with the ability to keep multiple builds on track at onceExcellent oral and written communication skillsProficient in the use of IT systems and softwareProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)Robust detail and problem solving skillsWhat we offerCompetitive remunerationExcellent team environmentOpportunity to grow and develop across a broad range of tasks
