You will play an important role in ensuring parts are ordered accurately, stock is maintained efficiently and customers receive prompt, qualified service.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify and interpret spare parts requirements for customers and techniciansProvide accurate information on parts availability, pricing and specificationsProcess parts enquiries, orders and invoicesLiaise with suppliers to source parts and arrange deliveriesMaintain stock levels and assist with stocktakingEnsure parts are stored,
