We're on the lookout for a Customer Experience Consultant who's passionate about helping customers find the right car and enjoy every step of their Karmo journey.What You'll Be DoingGuide customers to the best vehicle subscription for their needs.Deliver outstanding service that drives loyalty and repeat business.Work collaboratively with the team to meet customer and business goals.Support customers throughout their lifecycle from onboarding to renewals and returns.Collaborate with operations, sales and delivery teams to ensure a seamless experience.Handle customer feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally.What You'll BringAutomotive experience in a dealership, rental, or customer-facing environment is desired but not essential.Extensive customer service experience with a genuine passion for helping people.Excellent communication skills,
