and other stakeholdersMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant legislationsCommunicate clearly with clients to keep them informed throughout the processAbout you3+ years practical experience in running conveyancing filesStrong knowledge in Conveyancing or Property LawConfident and proficient in completing contract reviewsAbility to run a variety of VIC matters including residential sales, purchases and transfersExperience with managing Commercial matters or Leases is highly regardedExcellent communication skills, including the ability to explain concepts in explicit, accessible languageStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage high volumeExperience with legal practice management software (we use TriConvey)NSW Conveyancing experience is highly regardedBenefitsWFH will be available up to 2 days per week (after probation)
