We're looking for someone who is exceptional with customers, highly organised, willing to learn and naturally valuable at reading people.
Someone who feels comfortable sitting around a client's kitchen table with their family, understanding what they're trying to achieve and helping them work through the options for their pool project.The roleOur Leads Team will manage and schedule a strong base of appointments, but from there, you'll take ownership of each opportunity as well as developing your own pipeline through referrals and new business opportunities.You'll work from a busy appointment calendar, meeting clients in their homes and onsite.
You'll learn about their plans, assess their property and work with them to build a pool package that suits their space, lifestyle and budget.This isn't simply selling a product from a price list.
Every project is different.
You'll work through pool design and placement, equipment, heating, automation, site requirements and available options to bring together the right package for each client.ResponsibilitiesMeeting clients onsite and in their homesBuilding genuine relationships with clients and their familiesAssessing sites and providing advice on pool placement, designs, equipment, options,



and permit requirementsBuilding tailored pool packages and preparing detailed quotations and contractsFollowing up clients and keeping opportunities movingManaging and developing your sales pipelineGenerating referrals and seeking new sales opportunitiesCompleting sales administration accurately and on timeWorking towards individual and team KPIsLearning the technical side of pools, equipment, installation, and constructionAttending selected home shows, expos and local events as requiredDue to the nature of the role and our clients' availability, some evening and weekend appointments are required.Who we're looking forYou don't need to know pools – we'll teach you that, although an understanding of construction or a similar industry will help you learn the role.We're looking for someone who:Is genuinely great with people and provides exceptional customer serviceCan read different personalities and adapt how they communicateHas strong communication and negotiation skillsIs highly organised and can manage priorities and deadlines when several things are happening at onceHas strong administration skills and attention to detailIs confident picking up the phone and following up clientsIs willing to learn and isn't afraid of the technical side of the roleIs willing to go the extra mile for their clients and their resultsWants to develop and build a careerExperience in sales, customer service, new-home sales, property, or construction would be beneficial.
