We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to work in a team of 3 for a large transport & logistics business in Port Botany.
The ideal candidate will be a self starter and demonstrate an ability to hit the ground running.
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, you'll assist with the end-to-end accounts receivable function, help cash flow outcomes and ensure accuracy, compliance and outstanding service to all stakeholders.The roles will be responsible but not limited to:Accounts ReceivablesDebtor reportingManaging records and receiptsProcessing COD Payments and customer invoicesFollow up payments as required and liaise with debtors and debt collectionCustomer ServiceCredit controlSupporting the Finance ManagerRequired SkillsProvide excellent customer service and liaise with clientsProficient written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-task & work well under pressureDesire to progress their careerAbility to problem solve and effective decision-making skillsEfficient organisational skillsAccounts Receivable Officer Port Botany, Sydney, Australia
