internal controls and complianceTrain internal stakeholders in using financial reports and systemsPreferred RequirementsExperience as a financial analyst, management accountant or similar in a medium to large organisationHands-on involvement in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysisStrong financial modelling and Excel skillsAbility to explain complex financial information in plain languageLocal government or public sector finance experience highly regardedAvailable to start Monday 26 OctoberPreferred QualificationsTertiary qualification in accounting, finance or businessCPA or CA membership or eligibility (desirable)
