Jump straight into the team without delay.Your Daily Responsibilities:Assisting kitchen staff with basic food preparation, plating, and meal portioning.Operating commercial dishwashers, pot washing, and maintaining kitchen sanitation standards.Storing incoming food deliveries and maintaining clean, organised cold/dry storage areas.Upholding strict food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety guidelines at all times.What You Need:Clearance: Valid Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check) is mandatory.Experience: Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand or Catering Assistant in a commercial or institutional setting.Knowledge: Strong understanding of food hygiene practices and WHS standards.Work Rights: Full Australian Working Rights.
