This is hands‐on, meaningful work where you support vulnerable people with disability to build independence in their everyday lives.Led by Registered NursesTrained to practice High Intensity Supports (i.e. Dysphasia management, Epilepsy, Tracheostomy)Provide personal care and daily living support (meals, hygiene, household tasks)Support individuals to build independence and life skillsAssist with community access and participationWork collaboratively with a team to deliver active supports and, person‐centred careWhat your day can look likeHelp someone cook their first independent mealSupport a resident to confidently leave home and access the communityDeliver responsive support to individuals with complex needs, ensuring they feel safe and supportedBuild trust through everyday routines, conversations, and shared activities.
