Support Worker – Geelong, Ballarat and Daylesford Region$35–$45 per hour | Casual (PT/FT opportunities)Free Bird Support Services is seeking experienced Support Workers in Geelong to support NDIS participants, including individuals with complex needs.Support daily living and community accessProvide emotional and behavioural supportFollow individual support and behaviour plansMaintain skilled relationships and case notesRequirements:Experience with complex needsNDIS Worker Screening CheckFirst Aid & CPRWorking with Children CheckDriver's license & reliable vehicleCert III/IV in Disability or equivalent (desirable)Availability for afterschool shifts Monday - Friday (Strongly preferred)
