We're looking for confident and capable Support Workers to join a dedicated team supporting a young man living in a SIL setting in Seven Hills.
This is a 2:1 support environment where your ability to build rapport, maintain boundaries and provide consistent, person-centred support will make a genuine difference.
About the role
The role involves supporting with:
Personal care and daily living activities
Community access and participation
Positive behaviour support strategies
Building independence and capacity
Incident reporting and documentation
Supporting engagement in activities, including sport and physical activities
Maintaining a safe, structured and supportive environment
What we're looking for
We're seeking Support Workers who are:
Confident supporting clients with complex needs and behaviours of concern
Calm and composed under pressure




Able to establish clear boundaries while maintaining a positive relationship
Robust communicators who work well as part of a team
Person-centred and focused on building independence and skills
Comfortable supporting personal care and community access
Physically active and happy to participate in sporting and recreational activities
Experienced with behaviour support strategies and incident reporting
Experience with restrictive practices is highly regarded, particularly where participants have restricted access to certain items or environments.
