Chosen Family is seeking a female Support Worker to provide person-centred care, mobility support and community access for a participant in Dural, NSW.
This casual, entry-level role offers weekday coverage with some Sunday hours.You will assist with personal care, mobility transfers, appointments and transport, and community outings while maintaining dignity and independence.
A current NDIS Worker Screening Check and First Aid are required.
