With a new but rapidly growing footprint, our Port Melbourne based-team is looking for a recent colleague to come support its international sales activities.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with customers and manage the CRM systemAssist with quotations and documentation for orders and tendersSupport the creation and processing of customer orders, and coordinate with the Technical CenterHelp maintain business records, procedures and documentationSupport trade show preparation,



assist with travel organisation and follow-up for the sales teamAssist with basic accountingSupport the day-to-day administration of the officeProfilePrevious experience in a commercial, administrative or customer service roleIndependent, committed and team-oriented way of workingStrong communicaton skills and adaptable, Hands-on approachConfident user of MS Office, Xero experience is an advantageStrong organisational skills and attention to detailsWhat we offerPart time position with possibility for hybrid workAdditional hours may become available as the company grow
