With a strong reputation in the local market, this firm offers a secure environment where experienced legal support professionals are valued and empowered to contribute to the success of the practice.Your new roleAs a Senior Legal Assistant, you will provide high-level support to a Senior Associate, playing a key role in the day-to-day management of legal matters and office operations.Managing legal files, documentation and correspondenceDrafting, preparing and formatting legal documentsCoordinating diaries, appointments and meetingsLiaising with clients,
courts and external stakeholdersMaintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with firm proceduresAssisting with billing, reporting and administrative tasksHandling confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretionWhat you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary or similar legal support professionalExperience supporting senior legal professionals in a fast-paced environmentStrong organisational and time management skillsExceptional attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA proactive and professional approach to your workStrong Microsoft Office and legal practice management system skillsExperience within a litigation or personal injury environment will be highly regarded.
