You'll work alongside our optometrists to deliver outstanding patient care and help people see their world more clearly.Casual positionWork across both of our central Ballarat locationsTraining and ongoing development providedOpportunity to work within a trusted community healthcare organisationYour Responsibilities:Manage patient appointments, records, and practice administrationDeliver excellent customer service and support throughout the patient journeyAssist patients to select spectacle frames, sunglasses, and eyewear solutions that suit their lifestyle and visual needs.Explain lens options and recommendations prescribed by our optometrists to support informed patient decisions.Maintain attractive,
