This is a hands‐on role supporting clients withdomestic assistance, personal care, transport, and social supportunder aClient Directed Care (CDC)model.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with light household duties (laundry, ironing, changing bed linen, cleaning)Meal preparation and basic cookingGrocery shopping and bill payment assistanceAccompanied and unaccompanied transport to appointmentsSupport participation in community, social and recreational activitiesMonitor and report on client health, wellbeing, and environmentSupport with showering, dressing, grooming,
