You will ensure Owners and Guests receive courteous, proactive service and feel welcome throughout their stay.The role requires handling inquiries, check-in/out, luggage portage, and basic admin tasks while maintaining standards and a skilled appearance.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is essential.
