Flexible weekday shifts in Long Day Care and Kindy.16th October, ****Join Catholic Early EdCare as a Casual Pool Educator supporting our Cleveland and Capalaba Long Day Care and Kindy services.In this flexible and rewarding role, you'll provide valuable support to our teams by covering lunch breaks, staff absences and other operational needs, helping ensure children continue to receive high-quality care and education.Shifts are typically between 9:30am and 2:00pm on weekdays, with opportunities to pick up additional hours in our OSHC services.

and join a supportive team dedicated to helping children learn, grow and thrive.What Your Day Could Look Like:Supporting educators across our Long Day Care and Kindergarten environmentsProviding float support and covering lunch breaks to ensure smooth daily operationsHelping maintain safe, engaging and inclusive learning environmentsBuilding positive relationships with children, families and fellow educatorsAssisting with daily routines, activities and learning experiencesWorking across our Cleveland and Capalaba services as neededBringing your enthusiasm, flexibility and experience to support each service's teamWhat You'll Need:We would ideally love to hear from candidates who have completed a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent.We also welcome applications from candidates who are currently studying towards their Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, particularly those with previous experience working with children.Experience in an LDC or Kindergarten setting will be highly regarded.To be successful in this role, you'll also need:A genuine passion for supporting children's learning,



development and wellbeingGood weekday availability and a willingness to work across Cleveland and CapalabaA current driver's licence and your own reliable transport, as travel between services is requiredA current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications, or a willingness to obtain themCompletion of mandatory Child Protection (Geccko) Foundation Course 1 and 2Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teamsA flexible, reliable and proactive approach to workWhy Join Catholic Early EdCare?
