As a Group Stock Hand – Despatch at JPL Group, you'll be part of a fast-paced team responsible for receiving, sorting, picking, packing and dispatching stock across our store network.
From processing transfers and preparing store deliveries to maintaining stock accuracy and supporting daily warehouse operations, you'll help ensure the right products reach the right place at the right time.

Follow safe manual handling practices and workplace safety proceduresAssist with picking and packing orders as required in both the distribution centre and warehouseAssist with unpacking, sorting, and putting away stock and store returnsPrepare store bags for despatch and support timely deliveries to storesPromptly put away completed picks from region bucketsScan and process incoming stock transfers, recalls, and store-to-store movementsSupport inventory accuracy by identifying and reporting discrepanciesConduct stock counts and cycle counts as requiredLiaise with couriers for the collection and delivery of store bags and other stockManage incoming and outgoing store mail and allocate it to the correct departmentsRefill picking benches with recycled packaging to support order processingMaintain a clean and organised work area, including recycling and repacking materialsWhat skills and experience do you need?
Basic to intermediate computer skillsStrong attention to details with focus on accuracyProven ability to work well both in a team as well as individuallyProven ability to plan, organise, implement actions and achieve effective outcomeThis is a fantastic chance to work with the largest jewellery retailer in Australia.
