Balancing these priorities results in projects that advance the quality of life in communities across the globe.About the roleWorking out of our Brisbane office, this fantastic opportunity has opened for a Project Engineer to join and form an integral part of our Project Management team.As a Project Engineer, you will be reporting directly to a Project Manager and be responsible for the following day to day activities;Manage the delivery of the scope, project tasks, deliverables, budget, and schedule across multiple projects.Coordinate and collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering and design teams to achieve integrated and successful project outcomes.Responsible for controlling the project`s expenditures, including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.Demonstrate a strong willingness to grow and step into the PM role.Previous experience working on 'Sus Cap' projects is beneficial.Successful candidates will need to possess3 yrs experience in Engineering Design and/or Construction roles (Mechanical or SMP background desirable but not essential)Experience in minerals processing, pumping and piping and materials handling systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlinesExperience in multiple commodities such as iron ore, copper/gold and/or battery minerals is desirable.Eligibility for RPEQ (Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland)
