The team designs and certifies temporary works for major energy, resources, construction and civil infrastructure projects.Key responsibilities of the Team LeaderRun the Sydney temporary works design team, setting priorities and managing workload across local and offshore engineers and designersAct as the final technical check and certifying engineer on temporary works designs before they go to site - this role is focused on formwork.Take on the more complex design challenges yourself, from analysis and modelling through to the final engineered solutionCoach and develop the team,



raising technical standards and building the next generation of designersBe the senior engineering point of contact for clients and internal teams, turning project needs into safe, build-able solutionsKeep designs, documentation and sign-off consistent with Australian Standards and the business's established quality processesWhat you'll bring as the Team LeaderCPEng, or within a few months of achieving it, with a civil or structural degreeProven experience designing and certifying temporary works, with formwork design experience highly regardedRevit and AutoCAD 3D experience would be a solid advantageExperience leading or mentoring technical teamsA practical, process-driven approach to delivery
