We are a global company, with franchises across Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the USA.Our beautiful Studio Pilates in Richmond is seeking a mature dedicated Sales Consultant to join the team on a casual basis.THE ROLEAs our Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in the growth of Studio Pilates Richmond.
You will be energetic and driven to share your love for Studio Pilates and the health and wellness benefits of pilates.In this role, you will work closely with the Franchisees to:Spearhead and drive studio salesManage and implement local marketing campaignsDeliver exceptional customer service to new and existing clientsBe confident to call unconverted leads on a daily basis and regularly contact both current and lapsed clients to increase studio client retention and salesThe perfect candidate for this role will:Must have previous proven sales experience (4+ years) in the fitness & wellness industry,



preferably in a Pilates studio including developing and setting sales targets and KPI'sBe able to effectively promote and sell services by understanding customer needs, identifying growth opportunities, and developing effective sales strategiesWork with the Franchisee to foster relationships within the community for successful local area marketing & lead generationHave a positive "can-do" attitude, a passion for helping people and building strong relationshipsIdeally have experience with a range of software systems, such as MindBody Online (must have), Word, Excel, Google Docs, and GmailThis is a busy role that will require exceptional organisational skills, the ability to multi-task and be pro-active.Utilising your inspiring influencing skills over the phone, you will spearhead the sales for Studio Pilates Richmond and play a pivotal role in its ongoing success.Hours are flexible for the right person with ******* hrs per week available.WHAT'S ON OFFER?
