About The RoleTomago Aluminium is entering an exciting new chapter, with a strong future ahead and significant investment in our people, assets and operations.About The RoleTomago Aluminium is entering an exciting new chapter, with a solid future ahead and significant investment in our people, assets and operations.We are seeking an experienced Projects Portfolio Superintendent to lead the development, governance and front end of our capital portfolio.Reporting to the Manager Asset Management, you will work across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Finance and Project Delivery to ensure investment opportunities are identified, prioritised and developed to a level that enables confident decision making and successful delivery.This role offers a unique opportunity to influence how projects are selected, funded and executed across the site, while helping build a credible multi-year portfolio that supports safe, reliable and sustainable operations for decades to come.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will:Lead the development and management of Tomago's multi-year capital and major maintenance portfolioDrive portfolio planning, prioritisation and investment governance processesEnsure projects are appropriately defined, scoped and developed before entering executionFacilitate business case development, options evaluation and funding recommendationsCoordinate portfolio budgeting, forecasting and performance reportingStrengthen project governance, stage-gate discipline and decision qualityLead and develop project management capability across the businessBuild strong partnerships with operational leaders, engineers, project teams and external stakeholdersImprove portfolio visibility, data quality and investment performance outcomesAbout YouYou are a commercially minded project or portfolio leader who understands how to balance business risk, operational needs, value and delivery capability.You bring extensive experience working in large,



asset-intensive environments and are comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, challenging assumptions and driving better investment decisions.To Be Successful, You Will HaveSignificant experience managing capital, maintenance or asset improvement portfoliosStrong background in project governance, front-end project development and business case evaluationExperience leading project managers or multidisciplinary project teamsWell-developed stakeholder engagement and influencing skillsStrong financial, commercial and risk management capabilityA relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, Asset Management, Business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)Experience in heavy industry, mining, metals, utilities, energy or similar operational environments will be highly regarded.
