Benetti's: : Grand Grill: the Roles:We are seeking experienced Venue Managers for opportunities across the premium dining venues.Working closely with the Precinct Manager and the wider operations team, you'll support daily restaurant operations, lead and develop the front-of-house team, and ensure every service delivers an exceptional guest experience.These roles suit confident hospitality professionals with a strong floor presence, an eye for detail and experience maintaining premium food and beverage service standards.
Depending on the venue, you may also support opening preparations, establish service procedures and help new team members settle into their roles.Key Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day operation of the restaurantLead, coach and develop a high-performing front-of-house teamDeliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain premium service standardsOversee reservations, floor operations and service executionOwn rostering,
