We're looking for an experienced transport operations professional to join our General Freight Division as Assistant Depot Manager at our Welshpool depot.
Reporting to the Depot Manager, you'll help run the depot's daily operations and lead a team of drivers and support staff.In a typical day, you will:Communicate via phone, email, text, and Teams with customers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure all shipments are collected and deliveredMaintain freight management and compliance systemsUpdate and maintain the driver rosterBuild freight quotes and strategiesEnsure all staff adhere to compliance requirements, including Mass, Fatigue, DG,
