your responsibilities may include:Providing professional customer service to site visitors and clientsConducting building and perimeter patrolsMonitoring CCTV and access control systemsResponding to incidents and emergency situationsIdentifying and reporting hazards and security risksSupporting the general public as requiredPreparing incident and security reportsEvent security dutiesOther security and site-specific dutiesWhat We're Looking ForCurrent QLD Security Licence - MandatoryCurrent First Aid - MandatoryAustralian Citizen or holder of Unlimited Work RightsStrong customer service and communication skillsProfessional presentation and a proactive approachAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to work rotating rosters, including days, nights and weekendsGood computer skills and ability to use security-related systems Ability to stand and walk for extended periodsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly Desirable:Crowd Control endorsementOwn reliable transportExperience with CCTV and access control systemsPrevious experience in a security or customer-facing environmentWilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
