We've been servicing the Building and Construction industry since ****, allowing us to build strong and valued relationships with our customers and the most trusted brands in the Australian Building industry.We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, working Monday to Friday.
This role will be supporting our sheds and home improvement area of the business.Reporting to the manager of no1 sheds and patio's.The role will be focused on:Developing and maintaining growth strategies and plansMeeting and exceeding sales and profitability targetsManaging and retaining relationships with existing clients, and increasing client baseDeveloping and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of industry trends,



business products and value propositionNegotiating with stakeholders to ensure beneficial terms are agreedIdentifying and mapping business strengths and customer needsResearching business opportunities and viable income streamsDrafting and reviewing contractsReport and quotation preparationAbout you:You're ready to take the next step in your sales career.
You've got knowledge of the construction and/or roofing/ sheds industry and experience in working to and exceeding targets.
Working with clients and stakeholders is a strength of yours and you pride yourself on delivering an exceptional customer experience.A drivers licence and the ability to Travel is essential to performing this role.What's in it for you?
