As an Account Manager, you'll own the operational execution of the partnership — implementing campaigns, monitoring performance, and delivering reporting — while senior leadership owns the overall client relationship.You'll work closely with experienced colleagues across Sales, Product, and Operations, building the skills and commercial instincts that set great client success professionals apart.
This role is ideal for someone who is data-fluent, client-obsessed, and eager to grow their career in one of the most exciting channels in retail.What You'll DoImplement and manage advertising campaigns for retailer clients, from setup through deliveryMonitor account health and KPIs, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they affect the partnershipPrepare and deliver clear, insight-driven reporting on campaign and partnership performanceSupport senior leadership in keeping the client happy and the partnership prosperingCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure smooth deliverySupport the retailer partner's day-to-day operational needs with a structured,
