You'll begin with a 1–2 week onboarding, shadow senior clinicians before treating clients, and have weekly 1:1s with a Team Leader to guide your growth.Over 4–6 months you'll progress toward independent practice with realistic KPIs, dedicated admin time, and a cooperative MDT environment.
