We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Events Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in delivering outstanding experiences for our members, guests and clients.This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a rapid-paced environment, enjoys leading people, and takes pride in ensuring every event runs seamlessly from setup to pack down.At Liverpool Catholic Club, you'll enjoy a supportive team culture, above-award wages, staff meals, ongoing training and development opportunities, and staff discounts, all while working at one of South West Sydney's leading hospitality and events venues.About the RoleAs Events Supervisor, you'll be responsible for coordinating and leading event operations while maintaining exceptional service standards and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience.Key responsibilities include:Supervising and coordinating staff during eventsEnsuring events are set up, executed and packed down to a high standardLeading by example and providing hands-on support during serviceBriefing and allocating staff to ensure smooth operationsLiaising with clients, guests, kitchen teams, management and suppliersMaintaining high food, beverage and service standardsManaging event timelines and responding effectively to operational issuesMonitoring venue presentation,



cleanliness and safetyAssisting with staff training and developmentHandling guest enquiries and resolving issues professionallyCompleting event checks and ensuring operational requirements are metAbout YouYou'll be a confident hospitality professional with a passion for events and exceptional service.To be successful, you'll have:Previous experience in an Events Supervisor or similar hospitality leadership roleExperience coordinating corporate and social eventsStrong customer service and organisational skillsThe ability to lead and motivate a team in a busy environmentExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsA calm and professional approach under pressureHigh attention to detail and a strong work ethicA current RSA Competency CardAvailability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekendsWhy Join Liverpool Catholic Club?
