This part-time position will suit a payroll professional who enjoys working autonomously, managing end-to-end payroll processes, and building strong relationships with employees and stakeholders across the business.Reporting into the People & Culture team, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of a fortnightly payroll for approximately 500 employees.
This is a hands-on position supporting a diverse workforce.The payroll function is highly automated and will suit someone who enjoys working in a modern payroll setting while ensuring ongoing compliance with payroll legislation, awards and enterprise agreements.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end processing of fortnightly payroll for approximately 500 employeesProcessing payroll for salaried, casual, full-time and part time employeesReviewing and validating timesheets, leave requests and payroll dataInterpreting and applying award and enterprise agreement conditionsManaging employee payroll queries and providing exceptional customer serviceProcessing payroll adjustments,
