About the opportunityYou will be working in a high performing team, as a Sales Associate.You will be responsible for:Database management, identifying opportunities and setting appointments;Prospecting face to face and via telephone;Buyer call backs;Buyer appointments;Liaising with vendor and buyers;Relationship management;Responding to incoming enquiries via phone and email.Other duties as requested.About youYou will have a proven track record with at least 2 years' experience in a real estate co-agent position;You will have a high degree of time management skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously;You will have an eye for detail in your work and also in your presentation and personal standards;You will have a high degree of personal accountability, strive to achieve your KPI's and own your results;Experience with Agent Boxwill be held in high regard but is not essential;Work with initiative and a high attention to detail;Excellent organisation and management skills.You must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to work under pressure and to deadlines and manage your time effectively.
You will be a part of a collaborative team and should be committed to a long-term career in real estate.Experience in real estate sales and with Agent Boxwill be held in high regard.
