assembling and installing wood and steel structuresRepairing existing fittings or structuresJoin prefabricated units together for large sections of high rise or civil projectsConstruct wooden forms for pouring concrete or erecting scaffoldingUse of hand and power tools such as chisels, saws, drills and sandersAble to form slabs on the ground and form walls and columnsCoordinate with crew members to ensure compliance with all Work Health and Safety regulations and proceduresSkills and experienceMinimum 3 years experienceTrade qualification in Carpentry is preferred but not essentialA clear understanding of WHS obligations within the building industryAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines
