Home Health Rehab in Geelong is seeking a friendly administrator to join our team for three days per week, 9am–5pm, working from home.
You'll process referrals, enter client data into Cliniko, manage emails, and coordinate invoicing.You will support a team of physiotherapists and OTs, schedule referrals by location and availability, maintain client records, and help develop efficient workflows in a casual, supportive setting.
