determine repair requirements and recommend suitable machining solutionsCoordinate tooling, equipment, personnel and resources for upcoming site workAssist with job scopes, technical requirements, work packs and mobilisation planningSupport complex machining repairs, bore reclamation, alignment and dimensional verificationMaintain high standards of workmanship, safety and quality across machining projectsWhat We're Looking ForExtensive experience in line boring, machining or heavy equipment maintenanceStrong technical understanding of mobile line boring and precision machiningPrevious mining, heavy engineering or field service experienceAbility to plan, coordinate and troubleshoot complex site-based workStrong communication, leadership and mentoring capabilitiesConfidence dealing with clients, supervisors and operational teamsCurrent Australian Driver's LicenceAbility to travel to mine sites throughout WA as requiredPrevious supervisory or coordination experience will be highly regarded, but we're equally interested in experienced tradespeople ready to step up.Why FMS Group?
