The Ballarat Aquaticand Lifestyle Centre is seeking friendly, motivated and customer-focused peopleto join our Customer Experience team.As a CustomerExperience Officer, you will be the first point of contact for many of ourvisitors, playing an important role in creating a warm, professional and enjoyableexperience from the moment they arrive.You will supportcustomers with enquiries, memberships, programs and services, while buildingstrong knowledge of the centre and helping people find the options that bestsuit their needs.This is a great opportunityfor someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment andtakes pride in providing high-quality service.
We are looking for applicantswho bring:A genuine passion for customer service andcreating positive experiences for every visitorConfidence using computer systems, processinginformation accurately and learning new softwareThe ability to stay organised,
