We're now looking for an experienced Site Manager to help lead upcoming education builds in Sydney.The OpportunityAs Site Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of new build construction sites (up to $25M in value), ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality delivery.
You'll manage subcontractors, maintain site safety standards, and work closely with project teams to keep things moving smoothly.What You'll Be DoingManage all on-site construction activitiesCoordinate trades and site logistics to meet program milestonesConduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and daily pre-startsEnsure safety, environmental,



and quality compliance using HammerTech or similar systemsPerform QA checks and manage defect rectificationRead and interpret technical drawings and specificationsLiaise with Project Managers, consultants, and stakeholdersMonitor subcontractor performance and resolve site issues promptlyWhat You'll NeedMinimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager on commercial or education sector buildsExperience delivering recent build projects up to $25MWhite Card and valid Driver's LicenceStrong leadership, communication, and site coordination skillsSolid understanding of construction programs, sequencing, and site safetyFamiliarity with HammerTech or similar safety systemsCert IV in Building & Construction or WHS (advantageous)Experience with roofing or working at heights – highly regardedFull Australian working rightsWhy Join Us?
