Part time Swim Teacher, Lifeguard & Duty Manager – BundambaJUST Lifestyle Centres operates aquatic and fitness facilities across the Ipswich and Somerset regions.
We're looking for reliable, versatile people to join our team in part-time roles based primarily at our Bundamba venue.This is a varied, hands-on role where no two shifts are the same.
You'll move between teaching, supervising the pool deck, and running the centre.
It's ideal for someone who wants consistent hours and a real pathway into aquatic leadership.What you'll be doingSchool SwimmingDeliver structured, safe and engaging swimming lessons to visiting school groupsManage group sizes and abilities confidently while keeping lessons fun and on trackLearn to SwimTeach children and beginners of all ages and abilities to build water confidence and lifelong swimming skillsContribute to a positive, encouraging learning environment on the pool deckLifeguardKeep patrons safe through active supervision of all pool areasRespond quickly and calmly to incidents and enforce pool safety rules in a friendly wayDuty ManagerOversee the day-to-day running of the centre during your shift, including opening and closingSupport and coordinate staff on shift, and be the go-to person for customers and incidentsHandle customer enquiries, bookings and point-of-sale dutiesMake sure the facility is safe,
