You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our medical centres.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalismManage appointment bookings, patient enquiries, and reception activitiesAnswer incoming calls and coordinate calendars efficientlyMaintain accurate patient records and administrative documentationProcess medical and allied health billings and invoicesSupport NDIS, Support at Home, and WorkCover administrative processesAssist with quality improvement initiatives and accreditation requirementsWork collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams across multiple sitesProvide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the clinicAbout YouYou are a proactive and adaptable administration professional who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service in a healthcare setting.To be successful, you will have:Previous experience in Medical Reception or Healthcare AdministrationStrong experience using Best Practice software (2+ years preferred)Experience with allied health billingExposure to NDIS,
