With a huge earning potential, base salary + commissions, this is an excellent Monday to Friday role, with training, support, and ongoing career progression.
We also offer remote working!
What your day would look like:A daily focus on creating and maintaining relationships with potential candidates - we spend lots of time on the phone building rapport and looking for leadsScreening, interviewing, and referencing job seekersResponsible for Social Media - including creating canva posts for social platforms and creating email outsDrafting well written adverts and candidate summariesAssisting with team administration including placement packs,
updating notes and general data management etcOngoing management of placed candidatesPerforming strategic searches on our database to surface those relevant for job openingsMeeting KPI's/ targets that lead to successThe Person:This role is perfect for someone with experience in either Real Estate or RecruitmentThe ability to effortlessly build relationships with both candidates and clients - must love being on the phone!
