commercial finance or investment reportingAn appropriate Finance qualification, ideally CA, CPA or equivalentStrong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to turn financial information into meaningful insightsA curious and questioning mindset, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and solve complex problemsAdvanced Excel skills and strong financial analysis capabilityExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across Finance and the broader businessStrong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality reportingExperience with Tableau, Alteryx or Power BI would be advantageous but is not essential
