You will partner with HR, Finance and external vendors to ensure accurate, compliant payroll and a seamless employee experience.Join a collaborative team, drive continuous improvement, and help shape payroll operations within ING's agile environment.
Experience with ADP/Workday is preferred, and a proactive mindset is essential.
