About the roleTwo Slices Sandwich Bar is seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in our Scarborough.
This is a casual position (with the option of full time employment) where you will be responsible for the preparation of our beverages ensuring exceptional customer service and coffee quality.
Up to 38 hours available.What you'll be doingOverseeing the daily operations of the coffee bar.Preparing and serving a wide variety of coffee and specialty coffee beverages to the highest standardsEnsuring the coffee bar is well-stocked and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisationYou will also be taught how to make our sandwiches and serve customersProviding excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all customersMonitoring and adjusting coffee and espresso machine settings to maintain optimal performanceWhat we're looking forMinimum 2 years of experience as a barista, with demonstrated expertise in coffee preparation and customer serviceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills,
