quality and workplace safetyRequirementsPrevious experiencein food manufacturing, preferably in an abattoir or a similar industrial food processing setting (e.g. ex-Baiada Chicken staff are used to similar conditions).
Experience operating sausage filling equipment is highly desirableUnderstanding of smallgoods production processes and food safety requirementsAbility and willingness to work across different production areasPhysically demanding role and must be comfortable working in cold and wet environmentReliable, team-oriented and committed to producing high-quality productsStrong attendance and a positive attitudeWillingness to learn additional products and machinery where requiredAdditional informationMonday to Friday 6:00 am to 2:30pm 33 per hour
