We supply a broad range of the highest quality Organic, Gluten-Free and Natural products to Health, Organic and Speciality Food stores, Independent Supermarkets and Fruit & Vegetable Grocers.The Role:We are currently seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our friendly team.
This position is for a minimum 3 days a week role, specifically required on Monday, Thursday and Friday with potential options to add other days.Key Responsibilities include:Accurate and timely processing of customer orders in liaison with the warehouseAttending to customer enquiries regarding product lines and servicesDeal with and resolve customer complaintsProvide administrative,



inventory management support including liaising with courier servicesSkill Requirements:Positive Communication and Listening Skills with a Calm and Courteous Phone MannerAbility to handle and resolve customer concernsGood Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and WordData entry accuracy and attention to detailEffective Organisational SkillsMust be a Team PlayerClear communications and able to build good customer relationshipsCommitted to customer satisfactionCandidates with related experience preferred but comprehensive training will be provided on our Cloud-based Inventory, Sales systems.Remuneration:Pay will be offered based on the level of skills and experience you have.
