Investment Banking Associate - Global IBKenbury is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join a Financial Institutions Group (FIG) team in Sydney.
Ideally suited to an Associate I or II, this opportunity offers exposure to M&A; and corporate advisory transactions across the financial services sector.The opportunityYou will work closely with senior bankers on transaction execution and client coverage, with responsibilities include:Financial modelling, valuation and detailed financial analysis.Preparing presentations, transaction materials and strategic advice.Managing due diligence and coordinating transaction workstreams.Supporting client relationships and business development.Reviewing junior bankers' work and supporting their development.About youExperience ideally at Associate level within a global investment bank or notable independent advisory firm.Strong M&A; execution experience, financial modelling skills and commercial judgement.Ability to manage transaction workstreams and guide junior team members.Strong academics, attention to detail and explicit communication skills.A genuine interest in developing your career within financial services investment banking.
