They have experienced significant growth over recent years and are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join their team, initially on a 6-month fixed-term contract, and support the team through their reporting period.The RoleAs the Financial Accountant, you will report into a Senior Finance Manager, focusing on the following:Month-end ownership for multiple entities (journals, reconciliations etc.)Preparing financial statementsVariance analysis and forecasting with commentaryAssist with statutory account preparation and reportingLiaise with external auditorsYour BackgroundTo be considered for this role, you will have the following skills and attributes:CA qualificationStrong experience in financial accounting (statutory reporting + month end), OR a First-Time Mover from auditKnowledge of statutory reporting (ASIC, APRA etc.)Financial Services experience is highly regarded
