This is a full-time role on the shop floor, supporting patients and customers through their eyewear journey, from greeting and styling through to dispensing support and aftercare.You will work closely with the retail team and optometrists, and you will be part of a busy Westfield store that serves a diverse local community.For someone looking to grow their career,



this position also offers a clear development pathway towards an Assistant Manager / 2IC role, with the chance to take on greater responsibility over time.Key responsibilities:Deliver a warm, high-end customer experience on the shop floorAssist with frame styling, sales and the full patient journeySupport optometrists and the team with dispensing, collections and aftercareKeep the boutique presentation to **** standardHelp with daily store operations, including stock, merchandising and adminBuild relationships with returning patients and Westfield shoppersAbout youConfident, motivated and comfortable on a busy shop floorA genuine interest in fashion, service and peopleOrganised, reliable and able to work as part of a small teamHappy to learn optical retail and our house brandsAmbitious and interested in developing your skills, with the potential to grow into a leadership roleAvailable for full-time retail hours, including weekends and public holidaysMandarin and/or Cantonese speaking is an advantagePrevious optical or specialty-retail experience is valued, but not required.
