Our broader practice also includes The Iron Infusion Clinic, a specialist service dedicated to the diagnosis and management of iron deficiency and iron deficiency anaemia, with clinics in Toowoomba, Brisbane and Gold Coast.Based at St Andrew's Toowoomba Hospital, our team of Consultant Haematologists, Medical Oncologists, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses and experienced administration professionals are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centred care close to home.As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced medical receptionist to join our team on a permanent part-time basis.Your responsibilities will include:Welcoming and assisting patients with warmth and professionalismManaging appointments, enquiries and patient bookingsAnswering telephone and email enquiriesManaging patient check-in and check-outProcessing payments and administrative tasksUpdating patient information and medical records accuratelyLiaising with doctors,



nurses and nurse practitionersMaintaining patient confidentiality and privacySupporting the general administration and day-to-day running of the clinicAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working in a fast-paced specialist medical environment.To be successful in this role, you will have:Experience inmedical reception or healthcare administrationFriendly, professional and genuinely patient-focusedHighly organised with excellent attention to detailConfident with technology and able to learn new systems quicklyReliable, proactive and willing to take initiativeFamiliar with medical practice software and healthcare privacy requirements desirableWhy Join Us?
